By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Complete a contact, home valuation, showing request, buyer consultation, or lead form
• Communicate with us by phone, email, text message, or website
• Subscribe to newsletters or marketing communications
• Provide information in connection with buying or selling real property

This information may include: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address, property details, price range and financing preferences, military or relocation status, timeline to buy or sell, and any other information you choose to provide in free-text fields or communications.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information) through website forms. Transaction-related documents are handled through separate, secure channels.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Important disclosure: When you visit the Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits, and similar technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies"). Fair Housing Compliance: We do not use collected data to discriminate against any protected class in violation of the Fair Housing Act or local non-discrimination laws.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications and TCPA Consent

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the applicable consent box or otherwise provide express permission for inquiry texts, you agree to receive messages about that inquiry from Moyer Realty Services, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile opt-in or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

• Service Providers: entities that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email and SMS platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, mapping and scheduling tools.
• Transaction Parties: with your direction or consent, such as cooperating brokers and agents, title and escrow companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in a real estate transaction.
