Can you meet client-specific photo, report, and upload requirements?

Yes. Subject and comparable images are organized to the confirmed shot list, naming convention, and upload requirements. Report format and any additional client instructions are confirmed before acceptance.

Do you provide property preservation or field-service work?

No. Moyer Realty Services provides real estate brokerage and valuation support. Property preservation and field-service tasks, including trash-outs, rekeying, and winterization, are not offered.

Can you support an REO listing after the BPO?

Yes. Moyer Realty Services can provide Southern Arizona REO broker support including local pricing recommendations, listing and marketing, offer communication, market feedback, and updated pricing guidance.
