You may be surprised that I’m classified as a fix-up. I’m actually quite beautiful. Lovely 16” ceramic tile w/NO carpet. Luxurious upgraded granite in the kitchen. Island w/ breakfast bar & pendant lighting. Plantation shutters thruout. I do have some issues…my roof is aging, my exterior paint needs a new sparkle, my disposal doesn’t work & I have some other little boo-boos.
