Presidio De Arboles is one of Rancho Sahuarita’s tree-lined “presidio” neighborhoods, located just northwest of the community lake and clubhouse. Built primarily between 2006 – 2014 by Richmond American and DR Horton, the enclave features single- and two-story stucco homes (≈ 1,400 – 2,700 sq ft) with covered front porches, decorative shutters, and alley-entry or front-load garages. Residents can stroll or bike along wide sidewalks to enjoy all of Rancho Sahuarita’s resort amenities—three pool complexes including the famous splash park, a 17,000-sq-ft fitness center, dog park, sports courts, and more than 30 miles of paved paths that connect to Sahuarita Lake.
