El Rio Park

El Rio Park is a historic, working-class neighborhood just west of downtown Tucson, bordering the Santa Cruz River, Tumamoc Hill and St. Mary’s Hospital. Built mainly between the 1940s-1960s, it features modest masonry ranch-style homes and colorful adobe bungalows on shady, sidewalk-lined streets.
