Avra Vista is a small semi-rural subdivision in Avra Valley on Marana’s far west side (ZIP 85653). Most homes were built 2006–2010 on ~1-acre lots, with stucco/tile single-story and a few two-story plans around 1,700–3,100 sq ft. Parcels are on septic with a local water company; streets are paved, and many properties allow RV gates, outbuildings and horse setup. Expect open-desert views of the Silver Bell and Tucson Mountains and dark-sky nights. Access is via Avra Valley Rd (about 11 miles west of I-10, past the airport and Trico Rd), with everyday needs in Marana and Picture Rocks and quick trail access toward Ironwood Forest.
